Satisfaction with pharmaceutical services plays a crucial role in encouraging patient adherence to healthcare recommendations. This study aims to explore the relationship between customer satisfaction and trust in pharmacies. Employing a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design, the research was carried out in June 2023 with a sample of 252 community pharmacy customers in Magelang, Indonesia, selected through purposive sampling.
