This investigation sought to determine the curative capacity of novel silver carbonate nanostructures to facilitate wound closure and their antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas chengduensis and Staphylococcus aureus. For this research, Ag2CO3 nanoparticles were produced via a dual-stage procedure intended to enhance the substance’s biomedical function and biological safety. Hemolytic activity assays on blood drawn from a healthy adult male donor were performed to characterize the manufactured NPs and establish their compatibility with living systems. In addition, molecular docking simulations were performed to validate the binding of silver NPs to biological macromolecules. Specifically, the manufactured NPs induced hemolysis below 5% at multiple tested concentrations, verifying their suitability for clinical use. The NPs also displayed positive metabolic regulation; they boosted T3/T4 hormone concentrations and produced a beneficial effect on Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) in diabetic experimental subjects. They likewise accelerated the repair timeline, with the diabetic injuries reaching complete re-epithelialization by day 13, whereas the untreated counterparts reached the same endpoint only by day 16. The manufactured Ag2CO3 NPs exhibited strong antimicrobial activity against both Pseudomonas chengduensis and Staphylococcus aureus, suggesting they are a viable candidate for managing infections in biomedical tissue engineering applications. The outcomes reveal that innovative production routes yield NPs with greater therapeutic potential; however, further exploration of their metaphysical and hormonal effects is needed. %U https://galaxypub.co/article/engineered-silver-carbonate-nanoparticles-with-dual-antibacterial-and-tissue-regenerative-properties-in7ykqlmp0ckksg
