N2  - This paper aimed to create a method for turning fowl flesh that has been enhanced with lithium into a paste. The research achieved the best method for chopping minced meat for paste, which provides excellent organoleptic and physicochemical properties and low microbiological contamination. The process of rearing birds and supplementing their diet with fortified food raw materials (poultry meat) with a crucial element (lithium) has a bigger impact. The safety of using poultry paste enhanced with lithium has been established in preclinical research. For usage in the food business, the resulting recipe for making a paste from bird flesh enhanced with lithium can be suggested.
